What you're being asked—and what stays private.
What's the difference between an Inside review and a Home review?
An Inside review is written by someone who works at the company. A Home review is written by someone who lives with them. They answer different cards — the inside deck asks about the job; the home deck asks about the house. Each side gets its own score, and a company page shows both.
How is a score calculated?
Every card is a green flag or a red flag. We turn the swipes into a 0–100 score. The higher the score, the better the job comes home. Six themes — time, stress, pay, benefits, the household, and the inside of the building — with time, stress and the household weighted highest. A company's score is the average of everyone who rated it from that side. The number is primary; the letter grade is a quick shorthand: 90–100 A+ · 85–89 A · 80–84 A- · 75–79 B+ · 70–74 B · 65–69 B- · 60–64 C+ · 55–59 C · 50–54 C- · 45–49 D+ · 40–44 D · 0–39 F.
Can a review identify someone?
No. Your card-by-card answers are never shown to anyone — not your partner, not the company. Only averages across at least five people are ever public, and every written comment is read by a person before it appears.
